About 50% of the time I log into this site now, I get a pop-up ad that covers the whole page and autoplays a stupid Best Buy Christmas ad, complete with stupid music. This may be enough for me to stop using this site entirely. I'm still considering my options.

Remember when I said I never wanted to go back to school again? Remember when I forgot about that and then went back to school? Well, I just remembered why I said that and I think I stand by it. Give me a hundred complex math problems and I'm good. Give me a paper to write and I'll devolve into a soggy puddle of self-hatred and mediocrity.

Alright guys, I'm declaring social bankruptcy for the next week-ish. I will be completely occupied with either work or school all day every day until somewhere around October 20th. It is highly unlikely I will be attending any event that I'm scheduled for during that time, and if I do, I'll have a pile of homework with me, and/or I will nap ( Read more... )

So I had had this crazy plan to write more about the past five years this week, and then life happened. I joined a chorus, and almost immediately afterward, I acquired some new responsibility at work and started getting ready for the next term at school.

Perhaps my plan for posting this week will need to be spread out a little further.
